Evergreen establishes strong relationships with parents and family members of tenants. We value you as a partner in your student’s educational process and want your college student to be successful throughout their career at Frostburg State University. Our connection together helps provides a strong foundation to their success!

Evergreen offers several spacious floor plan options so your student can easily find one to suit their needs. We have one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom apartment homes.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with energy efficient appliances, a refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer & dryer.

If your student does not have a roommate in mind and wants one, we can find them one! Each roommate will fill out a Roommate Matching form so that we know what they are looking for in a roommate. During the summer, we spend weeks looking at these preferences and matching them up with the best person we can find!
